What does a chief of staff actually do with Khint?

Does Khint join the call or record the meeting?
No. Khint has no recording bot and never joins a call. It works on text you already have: the notes you typed, a transcript you paste, an agenda in a document, or a region of your screen captured to text when the only copy of a number is a slide on somebody's shared screen. That is deliberate, because a chief of staff sits in rooms where a bot in the participant list is not an option.
Can it post the same update to several tools at once?
Yes. A workflow step can be a parallel step with two to four branches, each one an integration write, all receiving the same drafted text. They run together and each branch reports back the link it created, so you get an issue key, a message and a page URL from one run instead of three copy-pastes that drift apart. You pin the project, the channel and the space once in the workflow editor, so every run writes exactly where you chose.
Do the decisions I track leave my machine?
Only what you explicitly act on. An agent sees the text you selected plus, optionally, the compact summary of your active Memory session. Sessions and their entries live in a local SQLite file on your Mac and are never synced to a server, so a quarter of leadership context stays on the device. Your Jira, Slack, Confluence, Linear, Notion and Gmail credentials sit in the OS keychain, and every write is one explicit, confirmed run.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free tier includes 300 credits a month, about 10 AI actions a day, with no credit card. Paid plans start at €7 a month, and Pro at €29 a month gives 4,000 credits a month.
