Start a Memory session for the hiring loop
When a loop kicks off, start a Memorysession named for it: “Hiring · Senior BA”. In Agents, create an Action that turns raw interview notes into your debrief format: evidence first, organized by the competencies you screen for, with open questions separated from observations. Write the prompt yourself or type a one-line description and press Generate to draft it. Panels that screen for different things can keep several variants: one for the technical deep-dive, one for the product case.
Right after the interview: notes in, debrief out
The fifteen minutes after the call, while it is all still fresh, are the ones that count. Select your raw notes wherever you typed them, hit Cmd+Shift+K, and run the debrief Action: the structured write-up replaces hesitation about phrasing. Because Khint pastes into whatever app is frontmost, you can run it with the cursor already sitting in your ATS feedback box, a scorecard doc, or an email to the recruiter.
Flip on PII redaction for candidate details
Interview notes collect contact details: the candidate's email in the header you pasted, the phone number from the scheduling thread. On the debrief Action, tick Redact PII: emails and phone numbers in your selection become placeholders before the model ever sees them. The switch is per-Action, so it is a decision you make once for your hiring prompts, not on every run. Names pass through; use initials in your notes if you want the text fully name-free.
Walk into the decision sync with the whole loop in hand
Before the final panel discussion, open the loop's session and hit Copy recap: the summary plus every logged debrief lands on your clipboard as paste-ready markdown, the whole loop in one scroll. And because Actions you opt into session context see the session's compacted summary, a final “draft the hiring recommendation” run can account for the earlier rounds you logged. End the session when the offer goes out; the next loop starts clean.
Why not just record the interview?
Recording a candidate is a different category of decision: consent to obtain, retention policies to honor, and an audio archive of a sensitive conversation to protect. Most hiring processes are built on interviewer notes for good reason. Khint stays on that layer: it never listens or records; it acts only on the text you explicitly select, shapes it with a prompt you wrote yourself, and keeps the loop's history in a session that never leaves your machine. Common questions
Does Khint join or record the interview?
No. Khint is not a meeting bot and never listens, records, or transcribes a call. It works on text you already have: the notes you typed or scribbled during the conversation. You select a chunk of them in whatever app they live in, press one shortcut, and a saved AI Action shapes them into a structured debrief. For interviews that matters twice over: there is no consent question to manage with the candidate, and there is no audio archive of a sensitive conversation sitting anywhere.
Does it anonymize the candidate before the AI sees my notes?
Partially, and Khint is precise about the scope. Each Action has an opt-in "redact PII" switch: with it on, email addresses, phone numbers, SSNs, and IBANs in your selection are replaced with placeholders before the model sees the text. Names are not caught by that pattern-based net, so if you want the write-up fully name-free, note-take with initials or a candidate code. Independently of redaction, your notes and Memory sessions stay in a local database on your machine and are never synced to Khint's servers; only the text you select is sent for the transformation itself.
Does it integrate with Greenhouse, Lever, or my ATS?
There is no ATS integration, and you don't need one for this job. Khint pastes the result into whatever window is frontmost, so you can put the cursor straight into the feedback box of your ATS in the browser, select your raw notes elsewhere, run the debrief Action, and the structured write-up lands right in the form. The same works for a hiring doc, a scorecard template, or an email to the recruiter: anywhere you can type, Khint can deliver.
Can the whole panel write debriefs in the same format?
Yes. Save your debrief Actions in a Pack, then use Share on that pack: teammates who joined your team via your khint.app/join link see it as a read-only Team Pack and clone it with Copy, after a preview modal shows them every prompt in full.
